I’ve been privileged to have three very satisfying careers that help me serve my clients as a special needs law and estate planning attorney. My experience as a former school administrator helps me navigate complex school systems. I use my expertise as an attorney to advocate for children in need. My training as a minister helps me provide empathy for hurting families. However, being a father is the most important job I’ve ever had.
When my son Danny was diagnosed with autism, it shook my world. I joined the ranks of many parents who have to fight for their child’s access to California’s special education services.
Without a competent, compassionate partner, IEP’s, IPP’s, IFSP’s fair hearings, due process proceedings and other processes can be a legal and emotional maze. I am here to serve you and your family.
